- 1 lb. noodles, precooked
- 4 tsp. chopped chives (fresh)
- 1/4 lb. butter
- 2 raw eggs
- 1/4 lb. cottage cheese
- 1/4 lb. Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 lb. Feta cheese
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 tsp. salt
Directions

1Saute butter and chives two minutes in a skillet.

2Add noodles and cook for two minutes, stirring continually.

3Add the Feta and cottage cheese and one-half of the Parmesan cheese; salt and pepper. Stir for another three or four minutes.

4Add eggs and continue to stir.

5Sprinkle remaining Parmesan cheese on top and serve.
