- 10 eggs
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 2 c. (16 oz.) cottage cheese
- 1/2 c. butter or margarine, melted and cooled
- 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 4 c. (1 lb.) shredded Jack cheese
- 2 (4 oz.) cans diced green chiles
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2In a medium-size bowl, beat eggs until light and lemon colored.

3Add flour, baking powder, salt, cottage cheese, Jack cheese and butter; blend until smooth.

4Stir in chiles.

5Pour mixture into a well-buttered 9 x 13-inch baking pan. Bake for 35 minutes or until the top is light brown and the eggs are set.
