- 1/3 c. butter
- 1/4 tsp. fresh minced garlic
- 1/4 tsp. coarsely ground black pepper
- 3/4 c. diced, raw white chicken meat
- 3/4 c. diced zucchini, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
- 1/4 tsp. seasoning salt, divided
- 2 c. cooked fettucine
- 1 c. whipping cream
- 1/2 c. dairy sour cream
- 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Directions

1Heat butter, garlic and pepper in large skillet; add chicken, zucchini and half the seasoning salt and sear all sides of raw chicken.

2Add pasta and remaining seasoning salt.

3Add whipping cream and sour cream; blend well.

4Cook 4 to 5 minutes to reduce creams to thick sauce.

5Add cheese and blend well.

6Makes 2 servings.
