  • 1/3 c. butter
  • 1/4 tsp. fresh minced garlic
  • 1/4 tsp. coarsely ground black pepper
  • 3/4 c. diced, raw white chicken meat
  • 3/4 c. diced zucchini, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
  • 1/4 tsp. seasoning salt, divided
  • 2 c. cooked fettucine
  • 1 c. whipping cream
  • 1/2 c. dairy sour cream
  • 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese

Directions

    Heat butter, garlic and pepper in large skillet; add chicken, zucchini and half the seasoning salt and sear all sides of raw chicken.

    Add pasta and remaining seasoning salt.

    Add whipping cream and sour cream; blend well.

    Cook 4 to 5 minutes to reduce creams to thick sauce.

    Add cheese and blend well.
