- 1/4 c. butter or margarine
- 4 eggs
- 1/4 c. whipping cream
- 8 oz. bacon, cooked and cut up
- 1 lb. fettucini or linguine
- 1 c. Parmesan cheese
- pepper
- 1/4 c. parsley
Directions

1Let butter or margarine, eggs and cream stand at room temperature for 2 to 3 hours.

2Cook bacon in skillet until browned.

3Remove and drain on paper toweling.

4Beat together eggs and cream just until blended.

5Cook pasta until al dente (tender), about 15 minutes.

6Drain thoroughly; do not rinse.

7Toss pasta with butter.

8Pour egg mixture over and toss until pasta is well coated.

9Add bacon, cheese, pepper and parsley; toss to mix. Serves 6.
