  • 1 yellow cake mix
  • 1 (3 oz.) instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 (9 oz.) Cool Whip
  • 1 (15 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1/2 c. cherries, halved
  • 1/2 c. chopped nuts

    Prepare cake mix and bake on greased cookie sheet (with sides) for 15 minutes at 350°.

    Mix pudding with 1 cup milk and softened cream cheese.

    Fold in Cool Whip.

    Mix 1/2 cup drained pineapple with the pudding mixture and spread on cake.

    Sprinkle the rest of the pineapple on cake with nuts and cherries.

    Refrigerate.
