  • 1 c. butter or margarine
  • 1 c. whipping cream
  • 1/2 c. freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 c. Romano cheese, grated
  • 2 (4 oz.) pkg. fettucini noodles
  • 2 (6 oz.) cans whole mushrooms, heated and drained (optional)

Directions

    In a small bowl, mix and cream the butter.

    Beat in whipping cream, a little at a time.

    Beat in cheeses.

    (If done ahead, chill; bring to room temperature to serve.) Toss with cooked, hot noodles.
