Ingredients: 4 Tbsp. chopped onion; 3 Tbsp. butter; 3 Tbsp. vinegar; 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce; 2 Tbsp. sugar; 1/3 c. fresh lemon or lime juice; 1 c. catsup; 1/3 c. Heinz 57 sauce; 1/3 c. chopped celery; 1 tsp. dry mustard; salt to taste; pepper to taste; cooked hot dog pieces; 1/3 c. white wine (optional)

1 c. catsup
1/3 c. Heinz 57 sauce
1/3 c. chopped celery
1 tsp. dry mustard
salt to taste
pepper to taste
cooked hot dog pieces
1/3 c. white wine (optional)

In a medium saucepan, mix all ingredients.

Bring to a slow boil.

Add sliced, cooked hot dog pieces and reduce heat to low. Simmer about 5 minutes.
