- 2 eggs
- 3 mashed bananas
- 12 cup sour milk
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 1 12 cups ground flax seeds
- 12 cup wheat germ
- 1 12 cups natural bran
- 1 cup oat bran
- 2 cups whole wheat flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
Directions
