  • 4 (15 ounce) cansdrained black beans or 4 (15 ounce) cans red beans or 4 (15 ounce) cans pinto beans or 4 (15 ounce) cans black-eyed peas
  • 1 large chopped sweet pepper (green, yellow, orange)
  • 1 large chopped red onion
  • 1 (16 ounce) package frozen corn kernels (broiled or 1 stir-fried to remove juice)
  • 1 chopped jalapeno pepper, no seeds
  • 4 chopped roma tomatoes
  • 14 cup chopped parsley or 14 cup cilantro
  • 3 limes, juice of
  • 10 -20 drops Tabasco sauce
  • salt
