- 2 c. self-rising flour
- 3/4 c. shredded Mexican cheese
- 1/4 c. chopped, canned green chilies
- 1 c. whipping cream
- 1/4 c. melted butter or margarine
- 1/2 to 1 tsp. taco seasoning
Directions

1Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Combine flour, cheese, chilies, and whipping cream in bowl of food processor.

2Process until mixture forms a dough.

3Remove onto a lightly floured surface and knead 5 or 6 times.

4Roll to a thickness of about 1/2 inch.

5Cut with a 2 inch biscuit cutter.

6Combine the melted butter and taco seasoning.

7Dip each biscuit into butter mixture and place on ungreased baking sheet.

8Bake for about 15 minutes or until golden brown.

9Makes 10 to 12 small biscuits.
