  • 1 to 2 lb. boneless sirloin steak
  • 1 large green bell pepper
  • 1 large red bell pepper
  • 1 large yellow bell pepper
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 small can sliced mushrooms
  • 1 Tbsp. Canola or Olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp. water
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • soy sauce
  • cooked rice

Directions

    Cut steak into strips.

    Cut vegetables into strips.

    Put oil, water and lemon juice in skillet on medium heat.

    Add mushrooms, peppers and onions. Cook until soft.

    Add meat and brown.

    Add soy sauce to taste.

    Put entire mixture over the cooked rice and serve.
