  • 1 c. Lindberg cheese
  • 1 c. mushrooms
  • 2 Tbsp. chili pwdr
  • 1 c. minced green peppers
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 1/2 clam juice

Directions

    Pour the tomato soup and clam juice in a medium size pot.

    Bring to a boil and then add in the chili pwdr and green peeppers.

    Let simmer for 25 min, then add in the cheese and mushrooms.

    Let simmer for 2 1/2 hrs.

    Serve with chips and vegetables.
