- 4 each rib eye steaks
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 8 each flour tortillas
- 1/4 cup colby cheese shredded
- 1/4 cup monterey jack cheese shredded
- 1 cup salsa
Directions

1Place steaks in utility dish and sprinkle with half the lime juice.

2Turn steaks over and sprinkle with the remaining juice.

3Wrap tortillas securely in heavy-duty aluminum foil.

4Place steaks on grid over medium coals.

5Grill steaks 7 to 9 minutes for rare to medium turning once.

6Place tortilla packet on outer edge of grid and heat 5 minutes, turning once.

7Top each steak with an equal amount of the cheeses.

8Serve with salsa and the tortillas.
