- 50 grams Cornmeal
- 50 grams Cake flour
- 1 pinch Salt
- 20 grams Beet sugar
- 20 grams Olive oil (or vegetable oil)
- 35 grams Milk
Directions

1Place the ingredients into a bowl and mix together with a whisk.

2Add the olive oil and use your hands to mix it in by rubbing together.

3Gradually add the milk and bring the dough together (add as much milk as needed.)

4Roll the dough out to a thickness of 2-3 mm and poke holes.

5Bake for 20-25 minutes in a preheated 180C oven (the baking time will vary on the thickness of the cookies).
