  • 2 (14 1/2 oz.) cans whole peeled tomatoes
  • 2 (15 oz.) cans tomato sauce
  • 2 (12 oz.) cans tomato puree
  • 4 Tbsp. chili powder
  • 2 tsp. cumin
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 6 tsp. salt
  • 2 (23 oz.) cans Ranch Style beans
  • 2 (12 oz.) pkg. crushed corn chips
  • 1 (14 oz.) box rice, cooked
  • Meat Sauce
  • 1 lb. Longhorn Cheddar cheese, grated
  • 2 large onions, chopped
  • 1 large head lettuce, chopped
  • 5 to 6 tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 (4 1/2 oz.) can ripe olives, chopped
  • 1 c. pecans, chopped
  • 1 (7 oz.) pkg. coconut
  • 1 (16 oz.) jar picante

Directions

    Brown meat and onions; drain excess fat.

    Add remaining ingredients, except beans, and simmer for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
