- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 c. cooking oil
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 2 c. all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. ground nutmeg
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 c. crushed figs
- 1 c. pecans, chopped
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Directions

1Beat together the sugar, oil and eggs.

2Combine flour with the dry spices.

3Add half the flour mixture to the sugar, eggs and oil mixture; mix well.

4Add figs, pecans, vanilla and remaining flour mixture.

5Bake in a greased Bundt pan for 45 to 50 minutes at 350°.

6Do not overbake.
