- 1 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. cooking oil
- 1 stick butter or margarine
- 2 eggs
- 2 c. flour
- 2 tsp. soda
- 1 pt. mashed fig preserves
- 1 c. boiling water
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 c. pecans
Directions

1Mix sugar, oil and butter together.

2Add eggs; mix well.

3Add mashed fig preserves and water and mix well.

4Sift flour, soda and cinnamon together and add to mixture.

5Then add vanilla and pecans.

6Stir until mixed and pour into a greased and floured Bundt pan.

7Bake at 350°.
