- 1 qt. fig preserves
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 1/2 c. flour
- 1 c. oil
- 3 medium eggs
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
- 2 tsp. nutmeg
- 1 tsp. soda
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 c. chopped pecans
Directions

1Mix all dry ingredients.

2Mix figs, sugar, oil and eggs.

3Add the mixtures together and bake in tube pan for 1 hour at 375°.

4Put a pan of water on the lower shelf and it will help keep it from getting too brown on the bottom and drying out.
