- 3 gallons water
- 7 lbs sugar
Directions

1Force figs through a meat chopper or food processor.

2Mix yeast with the water, add figs and sugar.

3Cover lightly with a teatowel and let stand at room temperature for 12 days, stirring once each day.

4Strain through cheesecloth and bottle.
