- 12 tbsp (1 1/2 sticks) butter
- 3/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 6 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp finely grated orange peel
- 3 1/4 cups rolled oats
- 5 oz dried figs, finely chopped
- 3/4 cup white chia seeds
Directions

1Preheat the oven to 350°F. Grease a foil-lined 9 inch square baking pan.

2Place the butter, sugar, honey and orange peel in a large saucepan on low heat. Stir until butter melts. Stir in remaining ingredients. Spoon mixture into prepared pan, pressing down firmly.

3Bake for 40 mins. Cool in pan on wire rack. Cut into bars.
