Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. margarine
  • 6 Tbsp. sugar
  • 3 c. finely broken fig cookies (about 22)
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Directions

    Blend well, mashing the cookies.

    Fold in 3 stiffly beaten egg whites and pour into a quart and a half greased baking dish. Place dish in pan of hot water and bake 50 minutes at 375°. Serve warm or cold with whipped topping or ice cream.
