  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • dash of salt
  • 2 c. sliced figs, drained
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • oleo
  • milk

Directions

    Mix sugar, flour and salt; add mixture to pie shell.

    Arrange figs with juice.

    Add rest of flour mixture.

    Dot with oleo.

    Top with other pie shell.

    Slit holes.

    Bake at 375° for 15 minutes, 350° for 30 minutes.
