  • 1/2 c. butter
  • 1 c. boiling water
  • 1 c. flour
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 box French vanilla instant pudding mix
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1/2 pt. heavy whipping cream

Directions

    Melt butter in boiling water.

    Add flour and salt.

    Stir vigorously.

    Cook, stirring constantly, until mixture forms ball that doesn't separate.

    Remove from heat and let cool slightly. Add eggs one at a time, beating vigorously after each addition until mixture is smooth.

    Grease cookie sheet.

    Use tablespoon to spoon out mixture onto cookie sheet.

    Bake at 450° for 40 minutes.
