- 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 egg
- bread
- celery
- onion
- salt
- parsley flakes
- butter
Directions

1Mix first three ingredients together well.

2Make filling with remaining ingredients.

3Roll out meat mixture on floured board. Place wax paper on top of meat mixture before rolling.

4Cut rolled out meat in six squares.

5Put filling ball in center or meat, pull meat up around filling and seal all edges.

6Brown in Crisco, turning all around.

7Remove balls and make gravy (can use some beef bouillon for more flavor).

8Cover and simmer balls in gravy for 1 hour on low heat.
