- 1 lb. frozen pollack fish fillets (boneless and skinless)
- 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 small can tiny shrimp
- 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- paprika
- pepper
Directions

1Thaw fillets enough to separate.

2Arrange in 9 x 13-inch pan. Dash with pepper.

3Dot with butter.

4Drain shrimp.

5Mix shrimp and soup together and spread over fillets.

6Sprinkle with cheese and paprika.

7Bake at 400° for 25 minutes.
