  • 1 1/2 c. boiling water
  • 3/4 c. powdered detergent
  • tempera paint
  • food coloring

    Mix dry starch and 1/2 cup water.

    Pour in soap powder and stir until smooth.

    Add tempera paint and food coloring for color.
