  • 2 eggs
  • cracker crumbs

    Cut steak into strips, about 1 to 2-inches wide and 5 to 6-inches long.

    Beat two eggs, add garlic salt.

    Dip steak in mixture, then roll in cracker crumbs and deep fry.
