Ingredients
- 4 c. warm water
- 2 c. whole wheat flour
- 3/4 c. honey
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- 1 cube melted margarine
- 1 pkg. dry yeast
- approximately 6 c. white flour
Directions

1Dissolve yeast in 1/2 cup warm water; set aside.

2Mix together 4 cups warm water, honey, salt and whole wheat flour.

3Add melted margarine and mix.

4Add dissolved yeast.

5Add white flour, 1 cup at a time, until it cannot be stirred anymore.

6Turn out onto a lightly floured surface; knead in enough flour to make a moderately stiff dough that is smooth and elastic, approximately 6 to 8 minutes.

7Shape into a ball and place in a greased bowl; turn once and cover.

8Let rise until double.
