  • 1 gal. ketchup
  • 6 sticks margarine
  • 2 1/2 oz. black pepper
  • 3/4 box salt
  • 80 qt. potatoes, quartered

    Peel, wash and quarter potatoes.

    Place in pot; cover with water.

    Pour sauce over and bring to a rolling boil.

    Cook until done, approximately 45 minutes.
