Directions

    Wash potatoes. Cut in half lengthways. Sprinkle cookie sheet with season salt, covering the bottom. Lay potatoes face down on cookie sheet. Put a pat of butter or margarine on each potato. Cover with foil and bake at 400° for 40 to 45 minutes or until tender. Good hot or cold.
