  • 4 green onions, minced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 pc (1-inch long) ginger, minced
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp Thai chili sauce
  • 2 tsp Thai fish sauce or to taste
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 4 hamburger buns, toasted
  • 4 tbsp mango chutney, optional
