Firecracker Enchilada Casserole

Ingredients
- 2 lb. ground beef
- 1 Tbsp. chili powder
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 (15 oz.) can Ranch Style beans
- 6 corn tortillas, torn
- 1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes and green chilies
- 1 1/2 c. Monterey Jack cheese (may use Mozzarella instead)
- 1 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese
- 1 to 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
Directions

1Cook together meat, chili powder, salt and onion.

2Drain after browning, then cook 10 minutes.

3Spoon into 12 x 9-inch baking dish.

4Layer Ranch Style beans, then tortillas (small pieces), then Ro-Tel and then cheeses (shredded).

5Spread soup over top of casserole; cover.

6Bake at 250° to 300° until bubbly.
