- 3 large eggs
- 1/4 cup water hot
- 1 teaspoon peanut oil
- 1 each duck eggs salted
Directions

1Beat fresh eggs and gradually add hot water and oil.

2Stir in diced preserved egg and salted duck egg.

3Pour into a shallow, oiled heatproof dish and steam over gently boiling water for 15 minutes or until eggs are set.

4Leg cool in dish and cut into small diamonds.

5Garnish with coriander.

6Serve with preserved ginger and slivered green onion.
