Firefly Squid Ajillo

- 1 pack Firefly squid (boiled)
- 2 clove plus Garlic
- 6 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 dash Parsley
- 1 as much (to taste) Baguette
Directions

1Remove the eyes and beaks off the firefly squid (they come off easily when you squeeze them with your fingers.

2In the photo, the beak can be found at the back of the legs).

3Thinly slice or finely chop the garlic.

4Mince the parsley.

5Heat olive oil in a small frying pan and cook the garlic slowly over low heat to bring out the aroma.

6Add the firefly squid.

7Turn up the heat and stir fry.

8Season with plenty of salt.

9Remove from the heat and sprinkle with parsley.

10Serve with baguette slices for dipping in the delicious sauce.
