- 12 large Jalapenos
- 10 oz Filipino sweet sausage (may substitute or change amount)
- 8 oz cream cheese softened
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1 seeds for heat
- 1 grated cheddar/jack cheese (may substitute)
- 1 salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Preheat oven 400F

2Split peppers lengthwise and de-seed

3Brown sausage, drain and put in bowl

4Combine cheese, garlic, seeds for heat, salt and pepper to taste and hand mix with sausage

5Spoon mixture into pepper halves

6Place a small sprinkle of grated cheddar/jack on top of each pepper

7Place peppers onto lined cookie sheet

8* Remember to wash hands after handling seeds

9Place in oven for 15-20 minutes or until cheese is browned
