  • 1/2 cup lime juice
  • 1/2 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons canned chipotle chiles in adobo, minced
  • 2 tablespoons adobo sauce
  • 6 fresh garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground allspice
  • 1/2 teaspoon black peppercorns, freshly milled
