- 2 lb. fillets (any kind)
- 1/2 c. margarine
- 1 or 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp. basil
- 3 Tbsp. low sodium soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp. rosemary
- 1/4 tsp. tarragon
- 1/4 c. sliced mushrooms
- 1/4 c. sliced scallions
- lemon slices
Directions

1Place fillets in greased baking dish.

2In saucepan, melt margarine. Add soy sauce and herbs.

3Pour over fish and bake at 375° allowing 10 minutes per inch thickness of fish.

4When almost done, remove fish from oven and sprinkle with mushrooms and onions and arrange lemon slices on fish.

5Make sure topping is well basted with pan juices. Return fish to oven and bake another 5 minutes or until fish flakes easily and topping is heated through.
