- 4 cubed potatoes
- 4 c. chopped onions
- 1 c. chopped green pepper
- 1 c. chopped celery
- 4 c. cubed fish (no bones)
- 1 can evaporated milk (12 oz.)
- 4 oz. butter
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Combine vegetables.

2Cover with water.

3Add salt and pepper. Boil until done.

4Add fish; boil about 10 minutes.

5Reduce heat below boil.

6Add milk and butter, stir while adding.

7Bring back to boil.

8Remove from heat.

9Serve hot.

10Add 1 teaspoon butter to bowl when serving.
