Fish And Pineapple Kebabs

Ingredients

  • 14 oz firm fish fillets, cubed
  • 1/4 None pineapple, peeled and cubed
  • 1 None red pepper, seeded and cubed
  • 8 None bamboo skewers, soaked
  • 2 tbsp sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • None None Steamed rice, to serve
  • None None Sliced green onions, to serve

Directions

    Thread the cubed fish, pineapple and pepper onto the bamboo skewers. Place in a large dish. Mix chili sauce and soy sauce. Drizzle over the kebabs, turning to coat.

    Preheat the broiler to high heat. Place kebabs on a baking pan. Broil for 5-6 mins, turning, until browned and fish is cooked through. Serve with rice. Sprinkle with green onions.
