Fish Balls

Ingredients

  • 1 (16 oz.) can salmon or 2 (7 oz.) cans tuna
  • 1 1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 c. finely chopped celery
  • 1/2 c. finely chopped onions
  • 2 Tbsp. parsley, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 c. fine corn flake crumbs
  • dill sauce

Directions

    Drain fish, flakes and combine with other ingredients through salt.

    Shape into 12 balls, using about 3 tablespoons for each. Roll in crumbs.

    Place balls on lightly greased shallow baking pan. Bake in 350° oven about 25 minutes or until lightly brown.

    Serve dill sauce over balls.
