  • 3 cups canola oil
  • 1 cup self rising flour
  • 13 cup dry mustard
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 egg
  • 2 teaspoons Splenda sugar substitute
  • 2 teaspoons salt

Directions

    Sift together mustard and flour.

    With a mixer blend the flour mixture with the water, egg, Splenda and salt.

    Dip fish into the batter, coating well.
