  • 2 (13 oz.) cans chicken-style soyameat, drained
  • 1 stalk celery, chopped
  • 1 onion, chopped fine (small onion)
  • 1 (7 oz.) can Tartex
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 to 1 tsp. paprika (for color)

Directions

    Grind soyameat.

    Add all other ingredients.

    Form into patties and roll in bread crumbs *.

    Fry in oil in skillet and bake for 10 to 15 minutes at 350° to finish cooking.
