- 500 g white fish fillets
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 teaspoon fish sauce
- 3 teaspoons red curry paste
- 1 teaspoon sesame seeds
- 3 teaspoons coriander
- 1 teaspoon chili
- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 100 g vegetables (zuccini, beans, carrots or other)
- 1/2 onion
Directions

1Put the fish into the food processor and mash.

2Add all the spices.

3Chop onion and vegetables really small, add and mix well.

4Add the flour, you might need a little more or less.

5Fry without oil on a nonstick pan, it takes about 2 minutes on each side per scoop.

6I usually do burgers but you can do other shapes as well.
