- 2 lb. schrod or flounder
- flour
- salt, pepper and paprika
- 1 c. sour cream, more if needed
- 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
- 1 can mushrooms (stems and pieces), drained
- bread crumbs
- butter or margarine
Directions

1Cut fish into good size pieces.

2Dip each piece into mixture of flour, salt, pepper and paprika.

3Place fish into buttered baking dish.

4In small bowl mix sour cream, Parmesan cheese and mushrooms.

5Spread mixture over fish.

6Sprinkle with bread crumbs and dot with butter.

7Bake at 400° for 20 to 30 minutes.
