- 1 c. chopped onion
- 1 c. butter
- 1 c. raw potatoes, diced
- 1/2 c. diced salt pork or bacon
- 1/2 c. water
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 2 c. milk
- 1 c. half and half cream
- 2 c. flaked, cooked fish
Directions

1Saute onion and bacon in butter and cook until soft, but not brown.

2Add potatoes and water. Cook until the potatoes are soft. Add flour.

3Cook 2 minutes and add the milk.

4Cook 5 minutes, stirring constantly.

5Add the cream and fish, then cook until hot.
