  • 2 lb. boneless, skinless chicken, cut into small pieces
  • 1/2 c. flour
  • 1/2 c. cornstarch
  • 2 eggs
  • 5 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 c. sesame seed

    Mix all ingredients, except chicken.

    Add chicken; marinate for 2 hours or more.
