- 1/4 lb. beef bacon or imitation bacon, cut in small pieces
- 2 stalks celery, chopped
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 c. sliced cooked carrots
- 1 (8 oz.) can whole kernel corn or frozen corn
- 2 c. boiling water
- 1/2 c. white wine
- 1 bay leaf
- 1/4 tsp. thyme
- 1/8 tsp. white pepper
- 1/4 tsp. paprika
- 1/8 tsp. tarragon
- 2 lb. frozen fish
Directions

1Cook bacon.

2Add celery, onion and garlic.

3Saute for 3 minutes.

4Add remaining ingredients, except salt.

5Cover and cook in large pot until fish flakes easily.

6Salt to taste.
