- 1 lb. white fish
- 1 small piece salt pork
- 2 to 3 medium onions, chopped
- 4 to 5 potatoes, peeled and chopped
- 2 (12 oz.) cans evaporated milk
Directions

1Cook fish in a 3-quart saucepan in water, until fish flakes easily.

2Brown salt pork in skillet; remove from skillet.

3Saute onions in drippings until golden.

4Add onions and salt pork to saucepan.

5Add potatoes and water to cover.

6Cook until potatoes are tender.

7Add evaporated milk.

8Heat to serving temperature. Yield:
