- 1/2 c. celery, chopped
- 1/2 c. onion, chopped
- 1/4 c. butter
- 1 lb. fish fillets (cod or haddock good; not necessary to thaw)
- 1 can condensed cream of celery soup
- 1 can condensed cream of potato soup
- 1 soup can milk
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
Directions

1Melt butter in saucepan; mix in celery and onion.

2Arrange fish fillets on top.

3Cover and simmer until fish is done, about 20 minutes for frozen fish, 10 minutes for fresh.

4Break up the fish with a spoon into bite size chunks.

5Add remaining ingredients and simmer gently for 30 minutes.
