- 1 1/2 lb. lean boneless beef sirloin steak
- 1/2 c. commercial reduced calorie Italian dressing
- 1/4 c. Burgundy or other dry red wine
- 12 boiling onions
- 12 large mushrooms
- 2 large sweet red peppers, seeded and cut into 1 1/2-inch pieces
- 2 medium zucchini, cut into 1-inch pieces
- vegetable cooking spray
Directions

1Trim fat from steak; cut into 1-inch pieces and place in a zip-top heavy-duty plastic bag.

2Combine Italian dressing and wine; pour over steak.

3Seal bag and marinate in refrigerator 8 hours, turning bag occasionally.

4Cook onions in boiling water to cover 3 minutes; drain well and set aside.
