  • 1 1/2 lb. lean boneless beef sirloin steak
  • 1/2 c. commercial reduced calorie Italian dressing
  • 1/4 c. Burgundy or other dry red wine
  • 12 boiling onions
  • 12 large mushrooms
  • 2 large sweet red peppers, seeded and cut into 1 1/2-inch pieces
  • 2 medium zucchini, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • vegetable cooking spray

    Trim fat from steak; cut into 1-inch pieces and place in a zip-top heavy-duty plastic bag.

    Combine Italian dressing and wine; pour over steak.

    Seal bag and marinate in refrigerator 8 hours, turning bag occasionally.

    Cook onions in boiling water to cover 3 minutes; drain well and set aside.
